Subject: OS X Compilation errors for iPod

OS X Compilation errors for iPod

From: Sean Clark <v13inc_at_gmail.com>

Hey, I just installed rockbox on my ipod, and I am really liking it so far.

I tried compiling it on OS X 10.4, and I get this error:

cc1: Invalid option `long-calls'

I tried a few versions of arm-elf-gcc, one I compiled myself throug
darwin ports, and another package I found on the internet. Both don't
have the -mlong-call option.

Has anyone else successfuly compiled rockbox for the iPod on OS X?

I'd like to get this working, so I can modify some games to work
better on the iPod 5G.
