I just want to give you my interpretation of the instructions; please tell me if it's right/wrong... On the V1: the four screws I'm supposed to unscrew are located roughly on each of the four corners of the unit, next to each bumper, correct? Then I pinch the bumpers and pull off the "top plate"? Or...someone mentioned a back cover...can someone be more specific, what comes off? Then just look for something that resembles the new hard drive, lift it up, slide it out, slide in the new one and lay it in the same place? No cables to connect? Then what...line the cover up and drop it on gently and screw the screws back on? Sorry for this...I love my Archos and if I replace the HD I want to know that I'm doing it right.f Received on 2006-03-14 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
