Rockbox plays MP3, OGG, FLAC, AAC, ALAC, AC3 and WavPack.

you have the choice. You can stick to a working daily build and visit
the changelog every so-and-so days, or you can be "early adopter" and
install the newest daily build (or even cvs builds) as soon as they come
out.
