If you are recordeing your own voice, you only need voicefont.exe, english.lang and german.lang. voicefont.exe
can be found on the bottom of the VoiceBuilding wiki page. The lang
files must be obtained from cvs or from a source archive (either a cvs
or daily build source archive).
