Oh.

I use a working Rockbox on my iAudio, though I have never tried the
voice prompting/spech. To be honest, I do not use much more that the
player for now and the ID3-tag database. From a very quick try I get the
impression that the speach do not work (I just turned it on) though this
is not an issue for me. I like it to be quiet :)

The rockbox I use is the daily build from 8/5-2006 and the bootloader
version 2.
I downloaded all this from the rockbox iAudio page.
