You'll then realize that _all_ TMS320-based players that are based on Linux seem to be using the same Linux (and u-boot) version and code... (which most likely is because they all seem to base their HW designs on the same one sold by the same single company: Ingenient). The good part is that once someone ports Rockbox to a single TMS320 player, it'll be a lot easier to port it to the rest of them. And since Neuros new generation of players is based on this MCU, getting inspiration from their sources might be a suitable way forward for people wanting to have a go at this.
