Hi all.

The unit arrived today.

I have followed all the instructions but my unit's not speaking.

The uni has the patched hex file on it.
The unit has a daily build of Rockbox on it for the Iriver.

When I boot I hear a beep shortly after the hard drive spins up. What does
this beep mean?

I've an english.voice file copyed into langs in the rockbox directory...

Any ideas what I'md oing wrong here?

I've patched the ihp_120.hex file.

So all I need to do is place this into the route of my drives directory once
I get it.

Follow Steve Nuts instructions on upgrading the firmware on yoru page.

Then copy the Rockbox firmware files to the unit.

Then follow the steps to make the unit speak?
Is this all correct?
