Do you get the menus voiced?

After every new rockbox install you need to adjust your voice settings under
general settings/voice to enable the speaking of files and folders. I would
go with the spell option unless you have run the voicebox scripts already.

I reinstalled it and the beeps are gone, but I still get no speech at all.
Yes, the Rockbox folder is on the drive and so is the English.voice file in
the lang subfolder. I cannot get it to speak though.
