Tag cash on Nano

Hi All

Firstly can a blind user use the tag cash database with rockbox? And if so
do I use the disk or rom option from withing the settings and what is the
difference. If it is possible to use can I get some brief instructions on
how to use said database?

Cheers

Hamish
