Hi I did that too, and got the same response. Apparently we have to do it
using their invoice system, rather than online ordering, but how we pay, I
don't know. They're also out of stock of 340's at the moment, but they have
140's. The price is 3299 SEK, plus 150SEK for shipping.

The D edition lacks the remote control. Otherwise most things seem to be
included in the package.

directman.com appears to sell primarily to Sweden, but by contacting them
directly via e-mail it is fully possible to buy from other countries. I did
that when realizing that it was not possible to choose any other country but
Sweden in the online order form ...
