Err... blind users can't use patches? That's like saying blind users
can't write software. :) I'm the one who made this patch.
Actually, I've already applied this patch for the voice files I build
and to the converted english.lang I make available on my site, so those
of you using either of those will already have this. However, I thought
it best that it be committed so that everyone benefits.
