I really would suggest you reading the manual. All your questions are
answered there.
The wps is covered in section 2.4, including the context menu.
Recording is covered in section 3.9.

Also, the button you're searching for is the play button -- as it is
labelled (and used that way in the OF) to be play and pause the same
time. To access the context menu hold the select button for some time
while in the WPS (while playing screen).
