Thanks for all the work you guys are doing on the manual. An HTML
version, all in one file, would be great!

In the meantime, for blind users needing a more accessible version of
the manual, if you use the program PDF2TXT, available from
http://www.EmpowermentZone.com/p2tsetup.exe
to convert the PDF to text, you get a file with better structure than
the version that appears in Adobe Reader. Words are still run
together or have extra spaces, but the text is quite a bit more readable.
