I assume since the manual is still a work in progress, missing values like those shown below will be inserted as things progress? 4.1. Volume This control adjusts the volume of your music. Like most professional audio gear and many consumer audio products, Rockbox uses a decibel scale where 0 dB is a reference that indicates the maximum volume that the player can produce without distortion (clipping). Because the volume control is basically a comparison of the volume level you set to a reference maximum volume of 0 dB, the usable range of the volume setting is shown as a negative number. Volume can be adjusted from a minimum of -?? dB to a maximum of +?? dB. An HTML > version, all in one file, would be great! I generated some more HTML versions of the different manuals. They are preliminary and still have glitches, but should be completely readable. I won't have them online for too long (mainly for space reasons, but I won't delete them tomorrow also ;-) I don't have all manuals online as some still have issues that prevent them from automatic generation. Please have a look here: http://www.stud.uni-karlsruhe.de/~uhcn/rockbox/html/ It would be really great if especially the blind people reading this would provide us feedback about the readability of the html manuals. - Dominik Received on 2006-07-18 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
