Just tried a couple of files, encoded with quality -1, 0 and 1, and they
played fine on my H140 on a build from Aug 6, so my guess is that the
bug is fixed.

As a side note: the -1 quality file was significantly slower to decode
than the 0 quality file (still realtime, but not by that much)...
