Sorry to keep revisiting this topic, but I haven't had a "no" response,
so I assume it has been forgotten. Can someone please commit this patch
if there are no problems:

At present, I have to keep adding these strings to my own lang file and
it'd be much nicer if all could benefit. I'd love to some day make the
radio presets speak in the preset menu without having to go into "Edit
Preset", but that'll have to wait until I get the development
environment set up and figure out how to do it. :)
