from where can I get a working patcher.exe programm for the Iriver 300
players?

That one I downloaded from the link which apears in the instalations
instruction is not working. It has the known keyboard problem.
I recently need one because I must patch my Iriver again.

"While hovering" specifies that a .talk clip should be played for the
current item instead of spelling or numbering it. This setting can be
made for directories and/or files. These settings can be found under
General Settings->Voice menu.
