We tried 2 different sets of headphones.
It's all static except for just barely hearing the sound from the .mp3 file.
You can barely tell that there is a file playing, but you know it is.
By the way, I wrote to the EBay seller with no response.
I'm going to take Rocker's advise and start a dispute I guess.
I found Iriver customer service info with google. I'll start that tomorrow.
