Date: Tue, 31 Oct 2006 23:34:13 -0600 Rockbox does not help with the use of iTunes, and in no way helps with regular audiobook use, unfortunately. Rockbox cannot playback the protected format, so if you were to try to use Audible format audiobooks on a Rockbox'd player it would be necessary to convert them to a compatible format first, unfortunately. This isn't something that can be resolved, as it's highly unlikely that Audible will ever accept having their encryption in an open-source program.
