I own a bookport but the biggest card I can get is a 4 G card. *4G? Is that a hardware limitation? There are larger cards now available. I'd love to have a 20 or 30 G Ipod and take all my music and books on vacation in one device. *I would also like rockbox to support protected media however this will not happen for obvious reasons. Thanks *Your welcome Do you think it will ever be possible for a totally blind user to use a device such as Ipod with audible? *Sure. I have an IPOD Suffle 1GB which plays audible contect. It's very easy to use. You need Itunes to transfer .AA files though. There was a post sometime ago that indicated that Apple was looking at a voice UI similar to rockbox but I don't know who posted it and what the current status is. Perhaps someone else has the posting? rocker Received on 2006-11-04 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
