Elequence is a SAPI voice, it's just that JAWS and window-eyes use it.
It's known best for JAWS but it is used in many things, phones, notetakers
etc.
But it is still a SAPI voice.

Yes, I've got a couple Sapi voices on my system too for English. I find the
Eloquence one too fast. I don't even think Eloquence is even a Sapi voice,
it's a JFW specific thing.
