SAPI4 does not permit direct Text-to-speech to a file, and is thus completely
incompatible with the current voicebox script. In order to use SAPI4, you'd have
to have a script that read each snippet of text in real time, simultaneously
capturing the audio output (in some additional application, yet to be
determined) and saving it to a file. It's not impossible, but I'm sure not going
to undertake such a task!

I wouldn't want to ever listen to it run, either. =P
