Hi Rich,

What I do to shuffle all the music on my iPod is first go to Playlist
Options on the main menu and make sure "Recursively insert
directories" is on. Then I focus on my music folder, which contains
all the music, hold down Select to go to the file menu, choose
Playlist, then "Insert shuffled." You could do the same on any
folder containing music.
