Fixed issue with USB charging on H340

All FYI:

I think i have solve my USB charging issue on the H340. It seemed to be
related to one or both of the rockbox bootloader or the iriver firmware
version used. So far it works when the unit is still quite well charged. I
still have to try USB charging when it goes really flat to see if that will
work properly but i think it will be fine now. Details below...

While i was having the issue of not being able to charge via USB, i was
using the 1.29EU version of the firmware, i think i had also tried 1.30EU,
but now i know I am definatly using 1.30EU and it seems to have no trouble
going into charge mode on USB. Maybe it did not flash properly last time?
I actually think this is likely to be the root of the problem (not the
rockbox bootloader). Does anyone know of any differences between 1.28, 1.29
and 1.30 versions in terms of USB charging issues?

As far as the bootloader goes... The rockbox bootloader i was using was the
one downloaded from the site about a month or so ago (can't recall if i used
the unicode one or the nonunicode one... I have now reverted back to the
version of the bootloader that I origionally downloaded in June or July this
year and I can now move into iriver firmware and charging via USB seems to
work. I wonder if the bootloader downlodable from the site actually change
since about July this year.

Mat.
