Hi,
This isn't normal. If it's not showing up in my computer, windows won't
open it automatically, there's a bigger problem, and you'll want to post
that on the Rockbox list, or even go to IAudio support.
I'd try the Rockbox list first, due to the fact that IAudio can be a bit
picky when it comes to Rockbox on their players. Check out
IAudiophile.net as well, there is info on how they deal with Rockbox and
official support there, and a wide base of users that might be able to
help you.
