Hello, thankyou to everyone who replied to my last email regarding
command prompt.
I just have another problem. I go into command prompt and navigate to my
C:\rockbox folder. I type the commands on the website. I have been able
to create the following files in my rockbox folder that is located on my
C drive. They are bootpartition.bin 39.1MB, apple_os.bin
3.39MB,rockboot.bin 3.45MB.
Are these files the correct sizes and when I type the command to write
my rockbox enabled fermware to my ipod nothing seems to happen. The
command I type is the following.
ipodpatcher -w N rockboot.bin
And I replace N with the number assigned to my ipod. If I look under my
ipod's root directory should I find the rockbox bootloader there.
I unplugged it from my computer but nothing happened.
I turned it back on but the usual happened it just booted in to the
apple fermware. So does anyone no what I am doing wrong here.
All help greatly appreciated.
