When you click on the "Rockbox" in the list, that's the rockbox.ipod file in the root of your drive, you're actually telling it to reload itself (it can also be used to load different versions of the software, on some players). At this point I would suggest reading our manual, as it contains a section on the basic operations of Rockbox, as well as a list of controls, and would be the best resource to help you get started playing your music.
