Looks like your question was already answered, and if you don't mind
compiling the cvs source, you can add a patch that will have your iPod 60
gig video use 64M memory . I use Suse 10.1, and think Rockbox is really
nice but use the Apple firmware more often because it is not as hard on the
battery - of course the battery would last longer in Rockbox if I didn't play
with it more than listen to music.. I use gtkpod, amarok of yamipod to set up
the Apple side and ran a little program "dbtotag" to convert the iTunes.db to
files the Rockbox can understand.
