All I know by heart is that it takes more work than only editing in
the english.lang file.
You'll have to find out in which source file the menu is located, then
elaborate a small mechanism to split the internal value to be told in
minutes and seconds. It's not a lot of work, but complicated if one
does not know about programming. You might get more help on the
rockbox-dev list for questions like these.
