Iriver H320 problems continue

Well I have the continuing problem no voice. I went into the menu and
made sure English was selected. Nothing happens. It says loading but no
voice comes from it.
Also I tried to go back to the iriver firmware and no matter what I do I
can't get back to that.
I can't upgrade firmware. I tried to hit reset and that did nothing.
