Here are two things to try:

1. Reset the Nano by pressing and holding the Menu and
Select buttons.

2. Make sure that the Nano is charged by plugging it in and
letting it charge for a couple of hours.

If these suggestions don't work, please let us know the last
thing you did before the problem arose.
