Yes, there is:
First, you need to keep shuffling generally disabled, then, for the
long playlist of your shuffled music folder, you create that playlist
by selecting the "insert shuffled" option in the directory context
menu. This will create the playlist with all your music in, shuffled.

Of course, the second time you listen to it, you will get the same
shuffled order. You may want to recreate this list once in a week to
get new sequences.
