So, here's an interesting question - if I entirely remove the body of an
email which I hit Reply to, what is this classified as? I've noticed that
some people do it sometimes, usually to make a salient point which is
slightly away from the other line of discussion... But it's neither top nor
bottom-posting... So where does it fall rules-wise?
