  I couldn't puzzle out making use of the voice files where you pointed me. (voices070308.7z for example) I returned to the old familiar voices DL page and was more careful to grab a March 2007 voices daily build file. Works great now.

  just for your knoledge 7z is a compression algarithm used by 7zip.
