hi.
Yeah I checked the instructions. That's what I meant by manual. There isn't
anything there, just the section title, then it goes onto the next section.
I found a bootloader but how do I know if it's the right one. I won't be
able to take this thing back if I mess it up, so I want to make sure I do
this the right way.

I just bought a sandisk sansa e200. I downloaded the rockbox.zip which
contained the e200 file and the .rockbox folder. I can't find the
bootloader. The manual has a section on it but that section is blank.
Searches for the bootloader yielded no good results.
Can anybody help?

Anyway, did you look for the instalation instructions for installing the
bootloader? You can usually find the bootloader there- at least, I did with
my ipod.
