RE: Sansae200 bootloader

Hi.
I tried to decrypt my original mi4 file but it said couldn't find specified
file or something of that sort. Will any of the mi4 American English sansa e
200 files, they have different numbers than mine says in info, work as an
original mi4 file? This one is a sansa e250 and there is one that says sansa
e250r. Am I right in thinking I need one of the ones for sansa e 200, not
the one for the 250r?
From what I understand, what I need to do is

1. Extract rockbox.zip into sansa e200's rout dir
2. Extract voice into sansa e200\.rockbox\lang dir
3. put pp5022.MI4 in sansa e200 rout dir
4. After making sure I have an original MI4 on my pc's hard disk somewhere
safe, safely remove my sansa e200 and then unplug it from my PC before
turning it off, then rebooting the sansa e200.

I'm confused about of.bin. What's that used for?

Am I correct in believing that if I could find an MI4 file on the internet I
wouldn't need to decrypt the original one with the extracted contence from
mi4code0.9.33beta (0.9.33).zip?

Finally, how do I enable dual boot?

Have A Nice Day from Aaron T. Spears (Valiant)!

1. Unzip rockbox.zip
2. copy the PP5022.mi4 bootloader
3. decrypt the original firmware mi4 file 4. reboot

That page contains a step-by-step guide on how to install.

I disagree. It explains how to install Rockbox on a Sansa. But of course we
want to encourage everyone who installs Rockbox to participate in the
project.

Those are needed to decrypt the OF, yes.

I think you should follow the install guides we've written so that we don't
have to repeat it. It also reduces the risk of me forgetting some tiny
detail when writing a quick email reply like this.
