The current bootloader in SVN has been changed to read files in mi4 format instead of the old rockbox.h10 format. The plan is to also change the main rockbox build to this new format, but that has not been done yet. So basically, either wait a couple of days for the remainder of the changes to be committed to SVN, or just use an older bootloader (the ones on download.rockbox.org are the old bootloader).
