Date: Tue, 27 Mar 2007 06:32:49 -0400 Hello there, In a previous email, you said that it spoke, but the music wasn't working. It sounds like some of the voice commands are disabled. Go undre Sound Settings and the voice and make sure everything is enabled. As for copying files onto the player, the easiest way of doing that I find is to turn the player on to storage mode. You do that by turning the unit on while holding down the "Next" button. You can then copy the files with a simple copy and paste function.
