When asking a separate question like this, please start a new thread.

Just select "Create bookmark", like you do for any other menu item. If
successful, a message will be displayed on the screen.

However, bookmarking isn't always possible. This can happen when you
play files selected from the database, or you have modified a playlist
and not saved it. When that is the case, there will be no indication of
it, unfortunately (voiced or on screen).

"List Bookmarks" shows the most recent global bookmarks, as enabled by
the "Maintain a List of Recent Bookmarks?" option.

As for bookmarks for a playlist or folder, there will be extra bookmark
files, at the same level as the playlist or folder in question (the
bookmark file has the extension .bmark). If you select that file, you
get to select which bookmark to play.

Also, if "Load Last Bookmark" is enabled, you automatically jump to the
most recent bookmark. If set to ask, you'll be asked which bookmark to
resume.
