Important news for all users of .talk clips

There has been a change to how .talk clips are configured.
Previously you selected ".talk" or "hover" as an option for voiced
directory/file names, but when using the database this resulted in things
being spoken as numbers, which I found hard to use.
Now you configure the basic voice method (spelt or numbered) and it will be
used in the database, or in other places where no .talk clip exists. To
save on unwanted disk activity this has to be disabled by default.
If you want to use .talk clips, you need to go into Settings > General
Settings > Voice > Use Directory .talk Clips and set the option to be
Enabled. Do the same for Use File .talk Clips.
As these options won't be included in voice files for a day or two, visually
impaired users may find it useful to know that these are the 3rd and 5th
options in the Voice menu.
Apologies for any inconvenience this transition may cause. I'll keep an eye
out here for anyone who's having problems.
