Hi Robin,

If you want your place to be kept in a file, your best bet is to put
it in a folder by itself. Rockbox can be set to keep track of your
place in a folder and, I believe, in a playlist. To make the file
resume where you left off, turn on "Bookmark on start" and "Load last
bookmark."
