The source is in SVN in the modul "rbutil". To compile it you need wxwidgets 2.8 which is a bit difficult to get. Have a look at their page. On windows i use Code::Blocks as IDE for compiling rbutil and i have compiled wx2.8 myself. I dont know if the Makefile is uptodate for building rbutil directly in cygwin. On Linux the Makefile works good.
