Have you tried to reinitialize the database (Main Menu -> Settings ->
General Settings -> Database -> Update now or Initialize Now)?

That usually works for me, although I haven't figured out if the album
naming is strictly from the ID3 tags or if the subdirectory name counts
too. I've had some fun when I ended up with an MP3 and ogg version on it
in different directories!
