Short of building your own player from scratch, there's no way to get a 160GB drive to work with the Archos players (or anything, for that matter) without following the instructions on that page I sent you. Besides, 120GB is *huge *as it is, even for an MP3 player. Any higher than that is truly daft at this stage.
