Hello again,

I would like to make the new option "enable .talk clips" available for
french users and make a voice file for it. But, the french lang file
hasn't been updated. I do under stand that the persons in charge of this
may not have the time. So, I may help to have the job done faster.

what are the prerequisites to update a lang file? Do I Need this damn,
impossible-to-install-for-blind-users Cygwin lol?
