Hi Gianluca, I have a 1 GB iPod Nano, and I have the same problem with battery charge always being reported as 100%. I think this problem started when the menu structure was changed. Has anyone else experienced it? As for the equalizer, I'm not surprised you're having trouble getting the context menu to speak properly. As I understand it, the equalizer requires a lot of processing power, which can make it hard for the voice functions to work properly. Your best bet is probably not to use the equalizer much.
