I did stop looking for a sansa some weeks ago, because of this missing feature. But now it does become very interesting again. But now I have some questions regarding the sansa: * "Rockbox does support the e200 series." Does this mean, that e.g. the e280 is supported, too? (Then I would change the description on the web page to e2x0 series!) * Can you recommend the sansa player? Is the sound ok? Are there some drawbacks that one should know about? * How do I copy music files on it (onto the internal flash ram) if the usb handler is not yet working? Is there a good chance that it will be supported one day? Are there any other differences than memory size and included fm-card between these players: http://www.mp3-player.de/suche.php?string_s=sansa&katVar=3&l=0 e250 2GB e250 FM 2GB e260 4GB e260 FM 4GB e270 6GB e280 8GB e280 FM 8GB I think the e260 FM 4GB has the best cost/performance ratio. Or is it better to have a bigger internal memory size because perhaps it requires less battery power or has faster access or something than an additional flash card?
