Thanks. > > Grant Hi Grant, My advice: with it always detecting the usb present coupled with a recent disassembly/reassembly, I would advise opening up the patient again and look for shorts and/or pinched wires. I would try disassembling the unit again and see if it will power up properly on the bench with it disassembled (if possible - it may take three hands, but usually it is possible). Odds are pretty good that it will be OK when open on the bench. If so, odds are pretty good that it can be reassembled and work again.
