Hi Lonnie,

This is the page for the Mpegplayer plugin:

Rockbox can play video on most players using this plugin. However, at the
time of this writing,
only MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 videos are supported.

If you need tools to convert your videos with, there's a comprehensive list
of them on that page.
