Hi Daniel,

I believe the latest iPod bootloader was done in March or sometime
around then. To be on the safe side, follow the steps in the manual
for installing - that is, install the latest firmware and the Rockbox
fonts, then download iPodpatcher and run it. You don't have to
uninstall the old version first. Everything should unzip to your
.Rockbox directory. To find the manual, go to www.rockbox.org and
click the Manuals link, then the one for your player.
